No. There are no upfront setup costs or fleet management responsibilities. We work with each property to create a partnership that benefits everyone.
Roamio Rides manages all fleet inspections, cleaning, preventative maintenance, battery care, repairs, and quality control.
Each vehicle follows a documented maintenance schedule that includes monthly safety inspections and additional servicing at defined usage intervals. Service records are maintained for every vehicle, and any bike with a safety concern is removed from service until it has been fully inspected and approved for use.
Reliability starts before every ride. Our fleet undergoes regular inspections, preventative maintenance, and quality checks to ensure every vehicle is safe, comfortable, and ready to ride.
If an unexpected issue arises, our support team responds promptly. Depending on the situation, we'll repair the vehicle or provide a replacement.
